These terms apply when you enquire about or book work with DRC Automotive Ltd (company number 14341681), Unit 14, Paper Mill End Industrial Estate, Great Barr, Birmingham, B44 8NH. Using this website or submitting a form is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking, until we have agreed the work and price.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes are based on the work described, the vehicle, and parts required (OEM or aftermarket). A published web page is not a fixed price list. Bookings are confirmed when we accept your slot and you accept the quote.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the vehicle and the work needed
• Leave the vehicle accessible at the agreed time
• Authorise extra work before we proceed beyond the agreed quote

Warranty

Work we complete is backed by a warranty as explained when we quote. Warranty does not cover unrelated faults or damage from further use after we have advised against driving the vehicle.

Website content

Service descriptions are typical and may vary with the vehicle. They are not a substitute for manufacturer schedules or MOT legal requirements.

Limitation

We carry out work with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
